Pitching Program Highlights:

*Program will be led by Brendan Collins who is currently a pitcher in the Washington Nationals organization

• Learn proper pitching mechanics and fundamentals
• Increase velocity and control
• Develop off-speed pitches
• Develop a mental approach to pitching
• Learn pick-off moves
• Learn arm-strengthening exercises

Sessions 1 and 2 / Tuesday, Nov. 12, 19, 26 / Dec. 3, 10, 17
Session 3 and 4 / Wednesday, Nov. 13,20, 27 / Dec. 4, 11, 18
