- 2000 MAAC Pitcher of the Year. Posted an 8-1 record with a 1.86 ERA , 79 strikouts in 67 innings
- 2000 - Ninth round Major League draft pick by the St. Louis Cardinals
- 2001 - Received strikeout Award with the "A" Peoria Chiefs of the Midwest League
- 2001 - Pitched in the Midwest League All-Star Game
- 2002 Rolaids Relief Pitcher of the month for July and August while pitching for the Potomac Cannons of the Carolina League
- 2003 - Posted 19 saves pitching for the Double AA Huntsville Stars
- 2003 - Traded to the Milwaukee Brewers
- 2004 - Posted 17 saves in 18 attempts pitching as the closer for the Double AA Huntsville Stars
- 2004 - Promoted to the Triple AAA Indianapolis Indians
- 2005 - Milwaukee Brewers AAA roster

- Started 238 games at SS, 2B, and 3B for nationally ranked Irish teams from 1995-1998 after walking on as a freshman
- Knute Rockne Student-Athlete award for baseball 1996, 1997
- Notre Dame Team MVP and First Team All-Big East shortstop in 1998
- Hit .341, 13 HR, 54 RBI overall, and .444, 6 HR, 27 RBI in Big East Conference games in 1998
- Signed as a free agent shortstop with the Arizona Diamondbacks in May 1998
- Played for the South Bend Silverhawks (A)
- Promoted to the El Paso Diablos (AA) in 1999
- Assisted with hitting instruction on Ohio University team that hit 122 HR, the most in NCAA Division 1, and batted .331, which ranked 11th in the nation in 2001
- Coached Mark Teahen, 3B (supplemental 1st round pick, Oakland A's) at St. Mary's College of California in 2002
- Former Assistant Coach at the University of Toledo from 2004-2007, and Georgetown University from 2007-2010

- 2008 - Hit .315, 6 HR, and 37 RBI
- Summer 2008 - Played for the Lake Norman Copperheads and was named Top Prospect by Perfect Game, Player of the Week 3 times, Mid-season All Star, and Runner-up for League MVP. Hit .368 with 7 HR.
- 2009 - Hit .314, 7 HR, 51 RBI, 18 2B, 39 BB, 0 Passed Balls. Was named ACC Player of the Week and National Player of the Week
- Summer 2009 - Played in the prestigious Cape Cod League for the Harwich Mariners
- 2010 - Preseason ALL ACC
- Played professionally for the Sussex Skyhawks and Worcester Tornadoes of the Can-Am League
- 2011 - OBP of .417 in Pro Ball
