The Fall Speed and Strength Program is offered on Monday's and Wednesday's from 4:30-6 pm.
This program is for the serious High School player looking to improve their speed, agility, and strength to better "on field" performance. In addition, this program is designed for the player looking to improve on very important metrics looked at by College coaches.
