The HS "In Season" Strength Training Program is designed to help players maintain their gains from off-season training. Players need to continue to workout hard "in-season" for peak performance. We will offer sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30-8:30 pm. Players can come in anytime between 6:30 and 7:30 to do their workout. Player workouts will be one hour long and will focus mostly on strength training and recovery. The goal is for players to attend at least twice per week...but they can attend as many sessions as they want.
In Season training is vital to help a player maintain strength during the demands of a player's season.
