The HS "In Season" Strength Training Program is designed to help players maintain their gains from off-season training. We will offer a Wednesday evening and late Sunday morning session. The program will be one hour long and will focus mostly on strength training and recovery.
In Season training is vital to help a player maintain strength during the demands of a player's season.
Ages: HS Players
When: Wednesday 7-8 pm and Sunday 11 am - 12 pm
Cost: $30/per session
