For April we will be offering an exciting new format!
For our High School players who just completed our off-season program, we will will be transitioning into "In-Season" workouts. The "In-Season" workouts will be focused on weight training and recovery. Players can still choose to do Speed and Agility work when offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-5:45 pm. We will be offering training sessions Monday thru Thursday and Sunday. Our goal is that players are training at least 2 times a week with a day of recovery in between workouts. Players can choose to train more than 2 days per week. Coach Fox will customize each player's program based on how many times per week they plan to attend.
We will still be offering our "drop in" Strength, Speed, and Agility program on Tuesday's and Thursday's. Those sessions will now be offered from 5-6:30 pm.
"In Season" Program (Membership)
When: Monday - Thursday 5-8 pm and Sunday 10 am - 1 pm
* Players who want "Speed and Agility" training can attend any Tuesday or Thursday session from 5 to 5:45 pm.
Strength, Speed, and Agility Program
When: Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6:30 pm
Cost: $40 per session
