"In-Season" Strength Program / Strength, Speed, and Agility Program

For our High School players we have transitioned into "In-Season" workouts. The "In-Season" workouts will be focused on weight training and recovery. Players can still choose to do Speed and Agility work when offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-5:45 pm. We will be offering training sessions Monday thru Thursday. Our goal is that players are training at least 2 times a week with a day of recovery in between workouts. Players can choose to train more than 2 days per week. Coach Fox will customize each player's program based on how many times per week they plan to attend.
