Indoor Facility Attendant

Manage Baseball Academy indoor operations and greet customers. The position requires a person that is friendly and assertive. This is not a sit down desk job, as you will be expected to be physically active when managing the floor.

Requirements for this Position

• Report to work on time
• Answer phone and be familiar with all Academy Programs
• Be familiar with DHBA online scheduling system
• Manage coin operated batting cages and training facility
• Support instructional staff
• Manage Birthday Parties
• Maintain a Clean Facility

We are accepting part-time and full-time applications for this position.

Baseball Academy Skills Instructor

We are looking for qualified hitting, pitching, and catching skills coaches. Our staff is comprised of current or former College and Professional players and current or former College and Professional coaches. Our instructors must be team players that have an open mind, and are willing to learn DHBA techniques and drills, and incorporate them into their teaching. Our instructors must be consistent in their teaching philosophies

Requirements for this Position

• Enjoy working with kids
• Report to work on time
• Work late afternoons or evenings during the week
• Work weekends

Position Hours:

Qualified instructors are not required to work a minimum number of hours. Some of our coaches work one or two days a week, while others work five or six days a week.

Summer Camp Field Director

Field Directors are in charge of implementing the DHBA summer camp program. They will assist the Camp Director in the operation of the camp. Our Field Director staff is comprised of current JV or Varsity High School coaches, College assistant or head coaches, and former professional baseball players.

Summer Camp Counselor

Counselors must be at least 16 years of age. Counselors will work under our Camp Director and Field Directors. They will assist in implementing the camp program. DHBA Camp Counselors are typically Varsity High School and College baseball players.
