The Hitting Clinics are 90-minute sessions that will train Baseball and Softball hitters with a "pro style" approach, helping players develop proper hitting mechanics while also providing them with plenty of quality repetitions.

Each session will focus on fundamentals such as stance, proper load, attacking the ball, staying inside and through the ball, etc... Focusing on and improving these fundamentals will go a long way towards improving a hitter's "game" success.

The program will be taught by our Baseball Zone professional coaching staff. Group sizes will be small to ensure lots of attention and reps for each player. If group size dictates more than one working group, players will be split up into age appropriate sub-groups.

For the Spring, we will offer classes on Monday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-7 pm. To provide more scheduling flexibility, we allow students the ability to register for various class days and any number of sessions.
